Sean W. Greene, Chief Executive Officer

Sean joined Matchcraft in September 2011 as Chief Executive Officer. He formerly served as Senior Vice President, Interactive, of Dex One Corporation since July 2009; Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development since October 2008; Vice President and General Manager of Dex Search Marketing since December 2007; Vice President, Interactive Strategy, Product Management, and Business Development since August 2006 and Assistant Vice President, Competitive Strategy and Business Development since August 2003. Previously, Sean began his career as a sales account executive and held management positions of increasing responsibility from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, He served as general manager of EmploymentGuide.com for Trader Publishing Company. Sean holds a B.A. from Denison University.


Dorab Patel, PhD, Co-Founder & Chief Science Officer

Dorab co-founded MatchCraft in 1998. He has more than twenty years of experience in the software industry, both in technology and management. Dorab was formerly a Vice President at Twin Sun, an international network integrator, developing new markets for network solutions and providing technology direction. At Twin Sun, he led a group that designed and implemented a large-scale Internet-based entertainment network for set-top boxes. He holds a doctorate in computer science from UCLA.


Alex Dionysian, Chief Technology Officer

Alex joined MatchCraft in September of 2008 as Vice President of Engineering. He is a 20 year veteran of the software industry and is responsible for technology, product design and client deployments at MatchCraft. Prior to joining MatchCraft, Alex was Senior Director of Software at LRN, Inc., where he led the development of the technology used in educating 10% of the global Fortune 1000 work force on pressing legal and ethical matters. Alex has also led product development teams in creating predictive models in retail and insurance industries. He received his BS and MS in Computer Engineering from UCLA.


Brad Petersen, Senior VP of Business Development

Brad joined MatchCraft in June 2008 as Senior Vice President of Business Development, overseeing both U.S. and international partnerships. He has been active in the Internet industry since 1996 as an instrumental part of building AutoTrader.com's revenue. He then went on to do the same at a number of other successful startups: Trader Publishing Co., BoatTrader.com, Parenthood.com, EmploymentGuide.com, RoomSaver.com and others. Most recently he was the Senior Director of Digital Innovation at RH Donnelley and the VP of Business Development at LocalLaunch, focusing primarily on the emerging European search landscape.


Ced Simpson, VP of Business Development

Ced joined Matchcraft in June 2008 as VP, Business Development. Prior to joining Matchcraft, Ced was Director of Business Development at LocalLaunch, an RH Donnelley Company, where he was responsible for LocalLaunch's channel acquisition strategy and operations including all new reseller acquisition and development efforts. He has been focused on the Internet space since 1997 when he developed and launched the online marketing department for a regional Internet consulting company. Since then he has co-founded and served as the VP, Sales and Marketing for an eCommerce software and services company and was the Director of Product Management at Web.com, a leading website hosting company. Ced has been working in the local search space since 2004 and has extensive experience bringing local search solutions to both new and traditional media companies and their customers. Ced received his BS in Financial Management from Clemson University and his MBA from The George Washington University.
