STEVEN GERSHICK

Steven Gershick has been active for the past two years in Internet and software start-up financing and operations. He was formerly CEO of Spatializer Audio Laboratories, a publicly traded technology licensing and software company. Mr. Gershick was the primary architect of the company’s corporate finance activities in both the private and public capital markets, leading it from start-up through its NASDAQ listing. He was instrumental in overseeing technology development/acquisition and in structuring a number of critical licensing/strategic partnerships with leading consumer electronics and PC makers. Mr. Gershick is a Certified Public Accountant formerly with KPMG, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
