SANTA MONICA – MatchCraft, the only
real-time, many-to-many online marketing
trading platform, is pleased to announce
that it has expanded its outsourcing
relationship with Kanoon Software
Systems, Inc., a consulting firm that
offers Internet e-commerce solutions to
IT technologies companies.
Earlier this year, MatchCraft
assigned a portion of its software
development and systems monitoring to
the Kanoon-managed information
technology center in Chennai, India.
These developments enable MatchCraft to
significantly cut costs in day-to-day
activity and to center its attention on
business development and on increasing
MatchCraft’s client base.
Under the expanded relationship,
Kanoon will transfer MatchCraft's
technology
R&D, account management, business
development, sales and marketing
support, accounting and back-office
tasks to India over the next few months.
These outsourcing efforts will
strengthen MatchCraft's competitiveness
in the web-advertising arena by
increasing profitability and enhancing
service offerings.
“Our alliance with Kanoon has been of
great value to us as MatchCraft grows,”
said Uzi Eliahou, CEO of MatchCraft. “As
we shift portions of our US operations
to Kanoon, we have been able to scale to
accommodate our 30% monthly revenue
growth, while actually reducing our
overhead costs. Kanoon was definitely
the most cost effective option of all
the companies we researched in India.
More importantly, Kanoon allows us to
deliver superior optimization and
analysis services to our customers at
prices well below our competition.”
"We are delighted that MatchCraft has
chosen our efficient and cost-effective
Indian IT center to boost the Exchange’s
technical facility in this increasingly
competitive marketplace," said Rony
Sawdayi, President of Kanoon Software
Systems, Inc. “We look forward to
increased cooperation with MatchCraft.”
ABOUT MATCHCRAFT:
Based in Santa Monica, California,
MatchCraft is a performance-based
trading platform that facilitates the
buying and selling of online media. Its
fully automated web-based environment
allows advertisers to place CPA offers
on the trading floor, where thousands of
web publishers can view and accept the
offers. MatchCraft turns the media
buying process on its head. Instead of
an advertiser paying in advance for an
educated guess of where to place ads for
optimal success, the market
quantitatively determines, based on the
results of ad placement, where the ads
should remain for optimal success.
