How do I get started?
Please fill out the MatchCraft Advertiser Inquiry Form or call (888) 523-8985. After you have filled out the Registration form, the Sales Group will contact you about placing advertising on The MatchCraft Exchange.
Who do I pay?
MatchCraft invoices Advertisers monthly for actions fulfilled on Publisher sites. You pay MatchCraft and we disburse the payments to all Publishers.
How do I know how much I have earned?
By logging into your private account at any time of day or night you can view all statistics for your account. You will have access to the number of banner ad impressions served, click-throughs generated, actions generated, sales generated and most importantly how your advertising is performing.
What size banners does MatchCraft accept?
MatchCraft supports all standard IAB sizes.
How long does it take to post an offer and have it live on the MatchCraft Trading Floor?
Offers can be created and posted in less than a minute!
Can I place more than one offer for a campaign?
Yes. There is no limit to the amount of offers that you can post on The MatchCraft Trading Floor for any one campaign or for multiple campaigns running at the same time.
Does my traffic department have to send creative for upload?
No. You can upload all creative units onto your MatchCraft account, or onto The MatchCraft Trading Floor through a web-based environment.
Can multiple publishers accept my offer concurrently?
Yes. Through The MatchCraft Trading Floor, many publishers can accept your offer concurrently as long as the budget for each offer has not been exhausted.
How long do my offers run?
Either advertiser or publisher can start and stop an offer in real-time. The offer will run from the start date indicated by you until a) The advertiser cancels or stops the offer b) The publisher stops the acceptance of the offer or c). Until the budget or end date is reached.
I am not in the United States. Can I be an Advertiser?
Yes. You will need to deposit funds in advance, before your advertising offers will go live on The MatchCraft Trading Floor.
