Job Description: 

We are looking for enthusiastic engineers to join our team to build great systems that will support the information needs of a wide range of business users throughout the company. The person will be responsible for designing, building and supporting systems and tools to streamline business processes, automate tasks, provide real-time access to critical data within the company, and maximally leverage the productivity of employees worldwide. The person will work closely with users to understand requirements, develop technical designs, implement and extend web applications, and oversee the full application lifecycle.

The person should be comfortable with multi-tasking, handling interrupts, and interacting with a distributed team. This position provides an excellent first-hand opportunity to see the impact of your work in a fast-growing company.

Job Requirements: 

• Extremely organized individual who can multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work both independently with little supervision and in a team environment supporting other team members. 

• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer orientation. 

Experience:

• 3+ years web application programming experience.

• Strong foundation in Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, HTML/XML, and scripting.

• Solid track record of delivering successful web applications throughout the product lifecycle.

• Experience with extreme programming (XP) development practices and with internal systems a plus.

Education:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

• Knowledge and experience of Web Services, SOAP, XML-RPC, AJAX a plus.
