In an industry where theĀ average tenure ranges from 1.8-7.8 years, celebrating a 20 year anniversary is something that calls for special attention. In May 2000, Kamran Niknia first logged into his MatchCraft computer and has been logging in ever since.

His ability to approach a problem from all angles and with two decades of organizational knowledge to pull from make Kamranā€™s insights and recommendations something to stop and take note of. It says a lot about a personā€™s character to remain loyal to an organization across 20 constantly evolving years. MatchCraft is honored to have earned Kamranā€™s trust and strives to be an organization worthy of that level of loyalty from its employees.
