Having operated with 50% of our team in remote offices prior to 2020, the transition to a 100% remote work enviroment was an easy one.

With continuity plans, remote hiring practices, and employee engagement plans inclusive of remote teams already in place, our team was prepared when the pandemic required the closure of our physical office spaces.
