MatchCraft Donates to Westside Food Bank for the Holidays

Last month, while The Hunger Games movie played on the big screens, we held our own Hunger Games competition right here in our Santa Monica headquarters.

The MatchCraft Hunger Games challenged employees to collect canned goods, paper products, baby items and more for the Westside Food Bank, a local food bank warehouse that donates 4.5 million pounds of food each year to more than 70 social service agencies in Los Angeles.

The MatchCraft team rose to the occasion, collecting almost 4,000 items for needy families in Southern California. “Everyone at MatchCraft came together to make the holidays brighter for families who needed a little help this season,” says MatchCraft Director of Human Resources Nicole Webb. “It’s a good thing the kitchen in our new office is big – we needed the space for all the donations!”
