Last week, MatchCraft celebrated International Women’s Day by inviting a few of our own Women in Tech to share their journeys into STEM-based careers and how they have been able to successfully #BreakTheBias.
As expected, their stories were thought-provoking and inspiring and speak to both their challenges and achievements. Over the next five weeks, we will be sharing each of their stories and invite you to join us in celebrating the achievements of women.
First up, is Silvia Arellano a Data Analyst based in Mexico. Silvia joined MatchCraft just over a year ago shortly after fulfilling a lifelong dream of being a professional track & field athlete.
