As Director of Account Management, Bob is building MatchCraft’s account management team, an organization with new hires as well as the the company’s existing staff.
“I feel fortunate to be stepping into such an accomplished group – they’ve been handling MatchCraft’s customer relationships with extreme care, diligence and excellence,” he says.
With MatchCraft’s business and staff growing at lightning speed, Bob will focus on structure and process. “My job is to make sure the account management team consistently anticipates clients’ needs and exceeds their expectations,” explains Bob.
While he’s looking forward to moving with MatchCraft into a new era of explosive growth, he is also looking forward to his move to California from North Carolina: “Warm weather is what drew me to North Carolina a number of years ago, and I am happy that the move to Santa Monica continues to deliver on that promise.”
